What I value
Long Term Invest is determined to help you make the best decisions, and my values are a major part of that equation.
I value long-term growth. I don’t focus on short term profit at the expense of the big picture. I am not interested in flipping properties. My focus is on the next thirty to fifty years, and I take pride in my ability to help investors find the best property to make these sustainable investments.
Unlike real estate agents, I work for the investor rather than the vendor, and I am easily able to accommodate for specific investment strategies and filter through properties on the market to find the best ones to suit our strategy.
I know the industry and the difficulties offshore investors face when attempting to find good long-term commercial properties. I know from experience how properties will perform over time and what local tenants need. I have extensive knowledge around what not to buy as a lot of buildings for sale at any given time have numerous problems or are just out of date for the modern world.
